Following several anonymous complaints, the Civil Guard launched Operation Kuafor24 to investigate a suspected drug sales point in a hair salon in Almoradí. The operation confirmed suspicions of drug trafficking conducted by the salon owner, a 29-year-old woman, her husband, and a third individual acting outside the establishment. The April 26 search in the salon and two residences led to the seizure of 152 grams of hashish, alongside drug-related paraphernalia. The operation, supported by the Local Police of Almoradí, the Public Security Unit of the Torrevieja Company, and the K-9 Unit of the Alicante Command, resulted in the arrest of the woman and judicial charges against the two men. The court has released the woman with precautionary measures, underscoring the crucial role of citizen tips in addressing the drug trade.
