The Theme: A musical journey across the globe. You will hear sounds and instruments from many cultures, including:

  • South America: Venezuelan Joropo and Argentinian Tango
  • Europe: Traditional dances from Romania, Finland, and Ukraine
  • Global: Sounds from Africa, Japan, India, and Mexico

Also featuring the famous actor Ivan Gisbert, who acts as the narrator/guide to explain the different instruments of the orchestra, including violins, flutes, and percussion, with a demonstration on how they are used to create these world sounds.

Why should you attend?

It’s a unique opportunity to witness a full orchestra perform in an engaging and light-hearted manner. It’s not a “silent,” classical concert; rather, it’s designed to be captivating and unexpected, which makes it ideal for children.
