Beaches in Orihuela

Orihuela Costa, a coastal section of the municipality, is known for its beautiful beaches and different coastal experiences. Despite being inland, Orihuela has some of the best Costa Blanca beaches.

The fine, golden sand and clean, shallow seas make these beaches perfect for families and swimmers of all levels. Year-round sunshine is guaranteed by the Mediterranean climate.

Playa de Campoamor,

Visitors may enjoy a vast sandy beach, a marina, and several services. Clean waters and a well-kept promenade are its hallmarks.
Known for its lively ambiance and lovely waves, Playa de la Zenia is a popular beach in the area. Two coves and a bar-restaurant promenade are there.

Cala Capitan,

Find solitude and tranquilly at a lovely bay with twin peaks emerging from the sea. Snorkelling and rough shoreline exploration are great.

Playa Flamenca:

This beach features two small bays and a sandy expanse. The beach is popular with locals and tourists.

Playa Punta Prima:

Located at the northernmost tip of Orihuela Costa beaches, this beach offers easy access and many local facilities.
In summer, Orihuela Costa’s beaches have sun loungers, parasols, showers, and lifeguards. Restaurants, bars and stores line the promenades, offering plenty of dining and entertainment.
