Three municipalities in Alicante—the province’s capital as well as the cities of Benidorm and La Vila Joiosa—have opened for a curious casting. The advertisement states that only one kind of profile is being sought this time: “Topless women.”
Ana Durá, the director of Netflix shows like “Valeria,” is in charge of this casting, which calls for females to participate in a topless beach scene.
The same casting company sent out a request for several performers and extras in the municipality of La Vila Joiosa a few weeks ago.
Women 25 years of age and older who live in Alicante, Benidorm, La Vila Joiosa, or the nearby areas are now the only ones eligible to cast, “with no age limit.” The announcement goes on to say that individuals who are interested shouldn’t “have any problem appearing topless” in order to film this sequence on the beach.
A full-length photo wearing shorts and a sports top or bikini, along with personal information such as complete name, age, height, place of residence, and phone number, are required as evidence of selection for this Alicante casting.
