Ingredients

1 large cucumber (peeled and chopped)

Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon

6-8 fresh mint leaves

1 cup cold water or coconut water for added electrolytes

1-2 tsp honey

Ice cubes

pint of sea salt to help replenish minerals

Instructions

Blend everything until smooth Strain through a fine sieve for a smooth texture (optional) Pour into a glass, garnish with a mint sprig or cucumber ribbon Serve immediately – ice cold – and enjoy!
