Interested parties can register from February 25th to March 6th; applications will be accepted on March 18th.
On March 18, the qualification exam for obtaining the local taxi driving permit required to conduct the professional activity—which is mentioned in articles 24 to 27 of the legislation governing urban passenger transport services in tourist vehicles with taximeters in Santa Pola—will be held. The Santa Pola City Council’s general registry is where the application can be turned in until March 6.
A class B driver’s license or higher, a high school degree or its equivalent, and a medical certificate attesting to the applicant’s lack of any physical disabilities or incompatible illnesses are prerequisites for applying.
There will be two exercises on the test. Identifying different locations on a blank map will be the first task, and responding to 25 multiple-choice questions about legislation will be the second.
