TM Grupo Inmobiliario, the biggest real estate firm in the Valencian Community, with headquarters in Alicante say two 18-story residential buildings on the front in Calpe (Alicante) will be constructed by the firm.
This new development, called playa de Levante, will be situated close to la playa de La Fossa in Calpe and will cost more than €18 million to develop. According to the Serna family’s company, the new residential complex will have 72 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as duplex penthouses, with two storeys and a solarium.
During the construction of this development, which TM has named Azure Icons, the group intends to generate over 1,500 direct, indirect, and induced jobs, contributing to the economic and social development of Calpe and the Costa Blanca. The houses are expected to be delivered in 2027 and are currently in the marketing stage.
This is the second residential project the Alicante-based developer has built in the town of Calpe, after Arenal Beach in 2017, demonstrating its unwavering dedication to Calpe as a destination.
“With this new project, we aim to continue promoting Calpe’s position as one of the most important national and international tourist destinations in the Valencian Community, offering our clients the unique opportunity to enjoy a residential complex with a magnificent location next to the Mediterranean and unique services,” Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Grupo Inmobiliario
Since its establishment in 1969, the tourism and agricultural TM Real Estate Group has constructed and delivered over 25,000 residences, mostly in the Mediterranean area. The Torrevieja-based company also includes various business lines that are associated with its primary activities, including holiday rentals, real estate broking, agricultural operations, and hotel management and operation, which includes over 1,000 properties on the Riviera Maya, Mexico.
With 1,700 employees, the Alicante-based business conglomerate plans to maintain its position as the industry leader in residential tourism in Spain and Europe.
