Man sustains multiple injuries in accident between a car and a motorcycle in Calpe

According to health officials, a 25-year-old male was seriously injured in a car-motorcycle accident on Avenida Europa in Calpe yesterday, Thursday May 29th.

At 3:40 p.m., the Emergency Information and Coordination Centre (CICU) got news of the accident. It then dispatched an ambulance from the Emergency Medical Assistance Service (SAMU), a Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance, and a medical helicopter to the location.

The emergency services treated the man for several injuries before airlifting him to Doctor Balmis General Hospital in Alicante.
