The presiding judge of Murcia’s 7th Court of First Instance has ordered the provisional custody, communicated and without bail, of one of the detainees for his alleged involvement in many sexual assaults at a tattoo business in Murcia.
Investigators are currently probing the individual for four sexual assaults, including two rapes. According to a statement from the Superior Court of Justice of Murcia (TSJMU), the police report includes three more incidents under investigation.
An ongoing investigation into three counts of sexual assault has freed the detainee’s brother from detention. The preventative measures imposed in this case include an obligation to appear in court on a regular basis, as well as a prohibition on contact or communication with the complainants.
