A 27-year-old male has been arrested by the National Police in Alicante on suspicion of narcotics trafficking. The investigation ended with the demolition of a narcotics sales outlet and the seizure of 2,173 grams of hashish and more than €5,800 in cash.
The inquiry began after obtaining information about a man selling drugs from his residence in the Ciudad de AsÃs neighbourhood of Alicante. The man had previously been caught for similar offences, and the evidence presented indicated that he had begun distributing drugs from a different house in a less well-known neighbourhood where he may go undiscovered.
Based on the information acquired, the investigative team took a variety of steps to verify the facts and identify the proper course of action.
During the police investigation, authorities conducted a series of surveillance and monitoring operations on the suspect, determining that he was responsible for delivering the narcotic material to others who arrived to acquire their dose.

Following police investigations, the inmate was turned over to the Alicante investigative court.
