The Royal Málaga Fire Brigade responded to a fire on Calle Bartolomé Espejo in Ciudad Jardín, Malaga, on Tuesday morning, June 10th. As a result, the 061 emergency services treated two people from separate buildings in the same building for smoke inhalation.
Parque Central de Martiricos sent two fire engines, a fire ladder truck, and a light vehicle to the location of the fire. The firefighters extinguished the fire in the affected dwelling and ventilated the rest of the building, which had sustained damage due to the smoke buildup.
Firemen discovered two animals inside the building. One died, and the other was saved alive by firefighters who entered the wrecked residence.
The Malaga City Council’s Security Department reported the incident via official channels, reporting that the fire was completely controlled and extinguished, with no major human casualties.
