In a blender, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth. If necessary, taste and adjust the sweetness. Pour into ice lolly molds (Mercadona typically sells them during the summer) or use wooden sticks to hold small plastic cups. At least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight, should be spent frozen. Run the mould under warm water for a few seconds to release it.
