Every year, Forbes Spain magazine publishes a list of the top 100 schools in Spain. Forbes prepares this list using a review system that includes a council of specialists such as educators, psychologists, and education professionals. These experts examine a total of 36 objective criteria divided into seven analysis blocks.
Of course, schools must register in order to be rated and listed here. Forbes published a form on its website to accomplish this at the start of the year. As a result, it is vital to understand that not all schools in the province of Alicante are analysed, but just those who were registered on this website at the time. In this situation, Forbes’ list only includes private and state-subsidized schools.

King’s College School in Alicante is also included on this list. The private school provides foreign education, including the British curriculum and the foreign Baccalaureate.
The third featured institution is Elche’s elite La Devesa institution. Forbes highlights the school’s Sorolla Education Group (SGE) Pedagogical Model, as well as the studies of researchers Aarón MartÃnez MartÃn and MarÃa Flórez.
Forbes has also selected Benitatxell’s elite Lady Elizabeth School. It also provides a British curriculum in secondary and high school, taught by native speakers.
The fifth institution is Newton College in Elche, which provides the International Baccalaureate. The webpage mentions that mathematician José MarÃa Coves Beneyto and politician Antonio Vicente GarcÃa DÃez studied there.
