8 years in prison sought for the man accused of raping a drunk 16-year-old girl

The Public Prosecutor’s Office claims that while inside the house, the defendant sexually abused her, despite the minor’s attempts to flee on multiple occasions.

The Prosecutor’s Office is demanding an eight-year prison sentence for sexual assault against a man suspected of raping a juvenile, aged 16, whom he met in a Villajoyosa nightclub.

The incident occurred on October 12th, 2019, about 4:00 a.m., when the defendant seized the victim’s arm and insisted on driving her home since she was drunk and disoriented.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office claims that while inside the house, the defendant sexually abused her, despite the minor’s repeated attempts to flee.
