Recently, all of the l’Alfàs del Pi police officers took a specific course on how to utilise drug testing equipment. The training included both theory and practice lessons. The purpose was to make it easier for staff to find drugs in drivers and make the roads safer in the municipality.
The seminar has taught officers the most recent methods for quickly testing and analysing drugs, which helps them act professionally and safely during traffic stops. The Local Police are once again showing their dedication to prevention, public safety, and lowering the risks of driving while high with this program.
Toni Such, the Councillor for Citizen Security, stressed how important this training is. “Giving our officers the right tools and information to deal with drivers who may be under the influence of drugs is essential for keeping the roads safe and protecting everyone who lives there.” He said, “This course strengthens our policy of prevention and responsible action.”

Joaquín Ortiz, the Chief Officer of the Local Police, stressed the course’s usefulness in real life. “The training has been very thorough, combining theory and practice, and it gives all of our officers the confidence to use the drug testing kits.” He said, “This will help us do more accurate checks and make sure our streets and roads are safe.”
The l’Alfàs del Pi City Council’s policy is to give the police and other security personnel the tools and training they need to keep the roads secure and people living together peacefully.
