Police say that a man in Murcia has been arrested for driving drunk, running red lights, and not having a licence. His name and age have not been made public.
The person started what the Local Police called a “dangerous combination behind the wheel” since he drove too fast, didn’t pay attention to the signs, and had been drinking.
When the police stopped him and identified him early in the morning near the village of Los Dolores, he didn’t make things easy for them; he fought back. The officers were ultimately able to figure out who he was, and they found out that he didn’t even have a driver’s licence.
The test findings showed that this person had more alcohol in their blood than the law allows for driving. Because of this, they are being charged with a crime that puts road safety at risk.
He was arrested for driving recklessly, not following orders, and resisting arrest. The Audi he was driving was taken away and held at the scene until it could be removed.
