Ingredients

1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1 large orange, juiced

1 small banana (adds creaminess)

One tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (to taste, optional)

A little water or natural juice to change the consistency

Optional flavour boosters:

A few mint leaves

A squeeze of lime juice or lemon

Mango, peach, melon, watermelon, and kiwi are all good fruit substitutes or combinations!

Instructions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth.

If necessary, taste and adjust the sweetness.

Pour into ice lolly molds (Mercadona typically sells them during the summer) or use wooden sticks to hold small plastic cups.

At least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight, should be spent frozen.

Run the mould under warm water for a few seconds to release it.
