Guardia looking for man who stabbed his brother-in-law

The 38-year-old man has run away after reportedly stabbing his 62-year-old brother-in-law in the neck and cutting his sister, who is married to the victim, in the hands at a home in La Regia, located between La Zenia and Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa (Alicante). The Civil Guard are looking for him.

Sources say that the events happened yesterday at 17:30, and the person who is thought to have done it then left the house. The 62-year-old man was stabbed in the neck and had to be taken to a hospital in Torrevieja after the event. His life is not in danger, though. For now, the investigation is still going on, and the person who is thought to have carried out the attack and of Bulgarian origin is still being sort by the police.
