Flight AEA4047 from Madrid to Alicante departs at 7:10 a.m. on June 3rd, this is the first flight Air Europa has scheduled with its new Boeing 737 MAX, which arrived on May 21st.
Following this trip, the aircraft will proceed to Palma de Mallorca on flight AEA 4025, then reverse the route, flying from Palma to Alicante on flight AEA 4024 and from Alicante to Madrid on flight AEA 4042. Two rotations between Madrid and Palma de Mallorca are therefore planned (AEA 6067/6066 and 6097/6096). The same rotations are scheduled for the fourth.
From June 24th, Etihad Airways will discontinue one of its two daily flights to Madrid from Abu Dhabi. On that day, the other trip will be operated by Air Europa (with Etihad’s flight code) using one of its Boeing 787-9s (the same model that Etihad regularly uses on the route), with 32 seats in business class and 307 in economy class. Etihad’s B-787-9s offer 28 seats in business class and 271 in economy.
