El Corte Inglés has once again joined the Great Collection and Operation Spring to help food banks across Spain, aiding the most vulnerable, according to the company.
According to the corporation, all El Corte Inglés, Hipercor, Supercor, Supercor Exprés, and SuperOpen stores took part in this event to help those who were most affected.
A total of 23,133 euros was raised by customers and staff, including the company’s 10% donation, allowing the Food Bank to distribute supplies to a large number of people. The company urged its consumers to make a cash contribution, which resulted in products being delivered to the Food Bank in each location based on their requirements.
El Corte Inglés would like to express its gratitude to all of its customers for their ongoing support of the city’s most vulnerable residents.
This collaborative effort with the Spanish Federation of Food Banks (FESBAL), specifically with the Alicante Food Bank, “responds to El Corte Inglés’ commitment to the needs of society, especially its immediate surroundings.”
In addition to his passion to engage in “actions aimed at helping the most disadvantaged.”
