Worker dies after falling inside an industrial warehouse

A 39-year-old man died yesterday, Wednesday September 3rd, after falling 8 meters to the ground while working inside an industrial warehouse at the Los Palomares industrial complex in Torre Pacheco, Murcia.

According to Emergency Coordination Centre sources, at 9:14 a.m., the company called 1-1-2 emergency services to report that a worker had fallen to the ground.

Guardia Civil patrols and a Mobile Emergency Unit with paramedics from the 061 Emergency Department were sent to the scene. Regardless of their attempts, the injured many died.

The incident has been reported to the Murcia Regional Occupational Health and Safety Institute.
