Those interested in renting the public housing that is being developed in El Campello can now notify the management organisation.
The first stage is to declare your personal or family interest in one of the inexpensive public rental housing units being constructed in El Campello, precisely on a public plot adjacent to Avenida Ausiàs March.
This is a block of 50 residential units ranging in size from one to three bedrooms, as well as communal facilities, a garage, and a storage room. Construction began last June at an occasion attended by President of the Generalitat (Catalan government), Carlos Mazón, as well as other regional and municipal officials.
As a preregistration
This week, representatives from the developer “Urbania” (María del Lluch Godino) and the rental manager “Sogeviso” (Susana Navia Arca) visited the mayor, Juanjo Berenguer, and informed him that those interested in accessing one of these homes on an affordable rental basis can now do so.

The method is quite straightforward. Simply visit www.sogeviso.com, navigate to the “Contact” area, click on “SOGEVISO FORM,” and follow the instructions to input the required personal and contact information. This information request does not constitute registration for official reasons.
Thus, when the time comes, the firms engaged will notify interested individuals of impending milestones, the registration opening date, and the documentation required to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for one of these affordable homes. Representatives from both firms informed the mayor that interested persons will be considered based on their residence (period of time in El Campello), age, and financial and job status.
Thus, the Consell (Regional Council) is promoting the creation of the so-called “VIVE Plan” in El Campello, with direct engagement from the Regional Ministry of Social Services, Equality, and Housing, chaired by Susana Camarero, and the Valencian Housing Authority. This block will be followed by another with 60 homes for sale at modest costs, which will help to alleviate El Campello’s and the country’s housing shortage.
The goal is to make housing more accessible to new families, with at least 40% of housing complexes earmarked for young people. Priority is also planned for single parents, seniors, and persons with limited mobility.
The block will feature nine three-bedroom units, 33 with two bedrooms, and eight with one bedroom. It is being developed on a 975-square-meter property owned by the Valencian Housing and Land Authority for the past two decades. It will include two levels of vehicle parking and 35 storage spaces.
