The Tenth Section of the Alicante Provincial Court will hold the trial of a man accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in Dénia tomorrow, Tuesday, October 14th. The prosecution wants the person to go to jail for 12 and a half years.
The man is accused of sexually forcing himself on a 15-year-old boy he had set up a meeting with.

On March 19, 2023, in Denia, the defendant and the victim met. The prosecution says that the defendant sexually attacked the juvenile even though the boy said no to sex.
