On Sunday, December 14th, the Plaza de la Constitución in El Campello will host the exhibition of antique and real cars for the fourth time. It normally draws many car fans from all around the province who want to see the cars. Usually, the owners let people go inside and check out the engines.
The Alicante Automobile Club and the Department of Festivals and Traditions, led by Marisa Navarro, put on the show. There are trophies for the best cars, prizes, and Christmas gift baskets that people can win. There is no cost to sign up.
The event is part of the Christmas holiday programme of events. There will be classic, vintage, and modern cars on display at the show, which will be open until 2:00 PM. The first 100 drivers who arrive in their cars will get a free lunch. People will be able to get onto the plaza starting at 9:00 AM. The awards ceremony and prize drawing will be from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Thereafter, the cars will drive through the town’s streets.
