According to a statement from the Armed Institute, the Guardia Civil has arrested a 44-year-old man on suspicion of carrying out a violent robbery at a petrol station in the Alicante town of Novelda.
It all started when someone entered a Novelda petrol station while hiding his face, threatened a staff member with a knife and then fled on foot with the stolen cash.
