The Emergency Information and Coordination Centre (CICU) says that a 71-year-old man was hit by a car in Torrevieja (Alicante) and had numerous bruises and a head injury that needed hospital attention.
At 3:50 p.m., on Saturday January 24th, the CICU got a call that a car had hit a man on Calle Urbano Arregui in Torrevieja.

An emergency medical service (SAMU) unit was sent to the scene, and the medical staff treated the 71-year-old pedestrian for several bruises and a head injury. An Advanced Life Support ambulance took the hurt man to Torrevieja Hospital after that.
