The Department of Equality is asking everyone who wants to apply for the “Woman 2026” award to do so by emailing igualdad@torrevieja.eu by February 13th, 2026.
The application must include the candidate’s name, a phone number where they can be reached, a description of their career, their personal and/or professional accomplishments, and their involvement and presence in the city’s social and/or cultural life.

The Department of Equality also invites everyone to the Women’s Day Gala, which will take place on March 8th at 12:00 noon in the Virgen del Carmen Cultural Center’s auditorium. Until the venue is full, admission is free.
