Joaquín Rocamora from Orihuela has been named as the new head coach of the Spanish women’s national handball team, also known as Las Guerreras (The Warriors). This position represents a watershed moment in Rocamora’s career, as he takes on one of the most prominent roles in Spanish sport.
Rocamora, a significant figure in Spanish handball, will coach the Spanish women’s national team, Las Guerreras while still leading Club Balonmano Elche, a job she will occupy until the season ends.
