According to police sources, the third accused person involved in a drug trafficking incident that occurred in September 2024 at a garage in the Alicante town of Dénia has been arrested in Bilbao.
The crime was committed when two males riding a motorbike shot the victim in the head.
One of the two people on the motorbike was detained by the National Police the next day, and the other surrendered a few days later. Both are in pretrial jail, awaiting trial.
Since then, the police have been looking for a third accomplice, who stole the drugs that led to the crime.
More than eight months later, judicial police investigators detained the third suspected in Bilbao.
