National Police officers in Alicante have arrested a 14-year-old boy accused of stabbing another adolescent after a brawl in the El Pla neighbourhood, according to police sources.
The event occurred recently when the arrested man and his pals stopped a young man who was riding a bicycle in the vicinity and was accompanied by someone who attempted to take it. Despite the threats, the young man fled, only to fall down as stones attacked him.
Apparently, at that point, a brawl broke out between those with the now-detained adolescent and those accompanying the young man on his bicycle. During the fight, the stabbing allegedly took place.
The apprehended teenager, who is now 14 years old, might face criminal charges for this conduct under Organic Law 5/2000, dated January 12th, which regulates minors’ criminal liability, and is anticipated to appear before the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office.
