Murcia Region International Airport Installs Toilets for People with Ostomies

The Region of Murcia International Airport now offers restrooms designed for people with ostomies. There are two restrooms, one for men and one for women, in the boarding area.

These amenities include sanitary facilities at waist height, a bag rinser, a soap and toilet paper dispenser, a changing area counter, and a bag or clothing hanger.

The changes are part of Murcia Airport’s quality plan, which aims to provide more welcoming and pleasant settings for persons with ostomies.
