A 25-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly being involved in the shooting of a 38-year-old man in Marbella early Monday morning, October 13th. The National Police are looking into what happened and what led up to it.
Sources within the force have confirmed this and said that it is “a new incident involving the use of a firearm in Marbella.” Sources close to the investigation said that shrapnel hit the victim.
The shots were fired when a man entered a house near the Marbella Conference Centre, The incident happened at 5:00 a.m.
The victim was able to dodge the bullets, but a splinter hurt him. The suspect was apprehended in Algeciras (Cádiz), where he is said to have fled in a car.
