Person suffered minor injuries when a car overturned in a traffic accident in Alicante

Sources from the Guardia Civil Traffic Unit say that one person was hurt when a car flipped over and landed on its roof in a traffic collision in Alicante.

The crash happened at kilometre 0.500 of the A-79, which is the road that goes from Alicante to the Elche Parkway.

The Guardia CivilTraffic Unit is looking into why two cars crashed head-on. One of the cars, which had French licence plates, ended up upside down at a roundabout.

Guardia Civil traffic officials have arrived at the scene to write a report, and a Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance is on its way to help the person who was hurt.
