After a house fire in Seville early yesterday morning, January 14th, an old woman—whose age has not been disclosed—was severely burnt and had to be evacuated to the hospital.
112 reports that at around 1:10 a.m. on Wednesday, they received a call reporting smoke and a burning smell in the fourth level of a six-storey building on Calle León X.
The National Police, the Local Police, the Seville Fire Department, and the 061 Health Emergency Centre were then activated, as they have explained.
An elderly woman has been transported to the Burn Unit at Virgen del Rocío Hospital in Seville and is in critical condition, according to emergency responders on the scene. The flat where the fire began has been totally destroyed.
