On June 14th and 15th, we commemorated the 40th anniversary of the Eagle Patrol in Santiago de la Ribera with a weekend of exhibitions and activities at the General Air Force Academy and Santiago de la Ribera.
On Saturday, June 14, between 10:00 and 18:00, San Javier Air Base will host the Aire25 celebration to commemorate the Eagle Patrol’s 40th anniversary.
On this particular day, the public will be able to view a static display of over 30 national and international military and civilian aircraft. Some of the planes will be accessible to the public.
You’ll also have two entertainment zones with bars for food and drinks, food trucks, restrooms, misting systems, rest and shade places, merchandise stands, a tattoo truck, and a Mirage F1 simulator.
On Sunday, June 15th between 10:00-17:00, the most important air show in recent years will take place, providing an unequalled display in the history of Spanish aviation.
This event marks the Eagle Patrol’s 40th anniversary and will feature Europe’s top aerobatic patrols, as well as other Air Force and Space Force aircraft and antique aircraft.
RTVE’s La 1 will broadcast the air show live from 12:00 to 14:00 for those unable to attend in person.
