El Campello Local Police responded to a Brit they discovered walking along the Carrer la Mar promenade on Sunday night, September 21st.
According to municipal sources, the man was disoriented, wearing only his underwear and unable to tell officers on the night shift of the Local Police who he was or where he lived.
The officers took him to police headquarters, where he was treated and given food, water, and clothing while they attempted to identify him.
He spent the night at the police station from the time he was apprehended until just after 10:00 a.m., when his family was notified and he was transported home.
The Local Police’s night shift conducts various interventions, one of which last week involved using a drone to video a party in a penthouse in the early hours of the morning, complete with loud music and people rejecting police summons and refusing to identify themselves.
Music on full blast
According to municipal officials, the local citizens’ department received up to six phone calls alleging a “noisy” party causing a disturbance thus late at night.
The homeowner’s full identification has been requested, and he will receive a complaint in the coming days for making a disturbance, disturbing the other neighbours, and refusing to identify himself.
